Yinson GreenTech and Pos Malaysia deploy chargEV solutions
Yinson GreenTech (“YGT”), a green technologies solutions provider recently entered into an agreement with Pos Malaysia Berhad (“Pos Malaysia”), the national post and parcel service provider, for the provision of its electric vehicle (EV) charging station services (“chargEV”) at several Pos Malaysia locations across peninsular Malaysia.
Under the collaboration, YGT will have the exclusive rights to offer its EV charging services including value-added services such as customer care and loyalty programmes. chargEV will be available at six branches located in Alor Setar, Ipoh, Sri Tebrau, Shah Alam, Melaka and Seremban.
The partnership will leverage on YGT’s position as a green technologies solutions provider with the expertise to deliver an integrated EV charging infrastructure through chargEV, as well as Pos Malaysia’s position as a Malaysian icon in providing postal and parcel services for over 200 years. The partnership will allow YGT to assist Pos Malaysia in its commitment of achieving net-zero by 2050 through the reduction of carbon emission from its daily business operations.
