Yinson GreenTech and GoCar announce partnership to promote green urban mobility
Yinson GreenTech, through its electric vehicle (EV) leasing business unit, drivEV, is partnering GoCar, a leading on-demand mobility-as-a-service platform, to offer affordable and accessible car sharing services that includes EVs to the Malaysian market.
Through this collaboration, drivEV will supply selected EV models to GoCar’s platform, and install and maintain chargEV chargers at designated GoCar parking locations. GoCar, on the other hand, will be offering the technology platform where customers are able to book an EV by the hour or by the day, while also managing the customer experience elements, fleet operations and maintenance of the vehicles.
The first EV model to debut under this collaboration is the Ora Good Cat. The EVs are available at selected locations in Klang Valley including Berjaya Times Square, The Linc, Lalaport KL, Eco Ardence, Eco Grandeur and GoCar Malaysia PJ.
